Porto Belo, Brazil

Saturday we were at anchor here in Porto Belo, Brazil.  We do not have a tour today and we decided to stay on the ship as I am not feeling 100% due to the cold, and the tender ride is about 45 minutes and the water is choppy.

Bob got up early and swam but I did not due to cold I am fighting.  We then had a light breakfast in La Veranda.  Lots of people eat late it seems.

It was a very quite day for us.  I did some knitting and read.  Worked on the crossword puzzles which takes a fair amount of time late in the week.  They get harder as the week progresses.  Sunday's puzzle is always a real challenge.

At sail away, they scheduled a sail away party on the front of the ship but the weather turned to a thunder and lightening storm so they moved it to the Observation Lounge.  This is for those passengers with Gold, Platinum, and Titanium levels.  We are Platinum.  We sat with Noel and Tom and Ann and Richard.  All of the six of us are doing the entire Miami to Miami.  They had a nice selection of sweets but I decided not to eat any since I had not exercised at all.

Cocktails in Mariner Lounge and then dinner in Compass Rose.  We try and sit in Risky's section.  She is from Indonesia and married to one of the waiters from The Philippines.  She has not told us which one, so we have to try and figure it out.  She is a terrific server.  Paces our dinner to our likes.

Back to the suite and turned in early.  Still not feeling great.
