Saturday and Sunday are both sea days. We seem to do the same thing on most sea days. We swim for one hour in the morning and then breakfast. But on Sunday, the Staff Captain would not allow the pool to be opened. On this cruise the powers to be seem to be quite timid. If there is too much motion in the pool, they will not open it. That does not leave me many options for exercise.
The one new item for sea days is that Noel and Tom have asked us to join their trivia team. Bob has never played trivia and he was unsure but we talked him into it. So yesterday was our first stab at it and we did not win but Bob was able to contribute several answers. And he said it was fun.
We had dinner with Mal and Milie last night in Compass Rose. Bob and I had the lobster and we both thought it was overcooked. Food this time around is not what it used to be. That might be a good thing for the diet.
And we all went to the show which was a concert piano player. He plays well but tries to be funny along with the playing and that does not go over so well with Bob. Just wish he would concentrate on the music and forget the gimmicks.
Sunday morning since the pool is closed, we had an early breakfast. Champagne for me. Just a small glass. Nice way to start a lazy day. Tomorrow we will dock in a city we have not been to before. So we will take a tour.
